Who we are:

The Dawg-Doo Crew was established in 2025, in an effort to offer affordable and professional pet waste services for every dawg owner in Saratoga County, along with portions of Warren, Washington, Rensselaer, Albany, Schenectady, Montgomery, Fulton, and Hamilton Counties. Our goal is to make pet ownership and the responsibilities that come with that, less challenging and more enjoyable. Although it may be a dirty job, The Dawg-Doo Crew takes great pride in the service we provide. Our values, integrity, and morals, form the foundation that we built this company on. Along with hard work, an eye for detail, and a work ethic to match, we set the standard for pet waste removal.

What we do:

We meticulously, scour your yard for pet waste and pick it up in the most efficient manner. Along with ensuring all gates are closed before, during, and after our visit, we send out a pre-visit reminder, along with a phone call or text message when we are in route. It is our policy to take pictures of all gates before leaving, and if we come across something that just doesn’t “look” right, inform you, so if need be it can be addressed by your vet.

Why we do it:

With the average dog producing 2-3 piles of waste each day, adding up to 14-21 pile per week! Picking up dog poop can be a tedious task, involving constant searching, scooping, and removing piles. If you find it physically challenging or simply don’t want to deal with the stench and mess, let The Dawg-Doo Crew help. Our service takes this task off your hands, affording you more free time to enjoy the things you love during the week.

The Health Hazards of Dog Waste

Dog waste is more than just unsightly and unpleasant; it’s a significant health risk. Just one gram of dog feces can contain up to 23 million fecal coliform bacteria. These harmful bacteria, along with other parasites and pathogens can lead to a range of illnesses in both humans and animals. Parasites like hookworms, roundworms, and tapeworms are often found in dog waste. Although these parasites are small in nature, transmission to humans is possible if proper hygiene is not followed after coming in contact with contaminated surfaces.

Children, Pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems are at the greatest risk. Young children often touch surfaces that are contaminated, and place their hands in their mouth, while people with weakened immune systems can have higher risks for a multitude of reasons. Illness, medications, or other health conditions can be contributing factors. Pregnant women are also at risk, and should take precautions when handling it and use proper hygiene to reduce the risk of infection.

Dog waste doesn’t only impact your yard but, pollutes the water we drink, swim, and bathe in. The pollutants released from decaying dog waste can be the catalyst for algae blooms, that in turn, reduce the available oxygen and harm aquatic life.

Options for this service are infinite and completely customizable to fit your schedule. This is our most popular subscription plan with the majority of customers choosing our twice weekly deal. Bimonthly Services

This plan is ideal for those who have pets, and a yard that isn’t frequently used by children or for entertainment purposes. This plan is great for business professionals who just don’t have the time for additional yard maintenance, and with the Senior community who reap all the benefits of pet ownership but may be limited by their physical capabilities.

Terms of Service

Please review the following Terms of Service carefully before. agreeing to our dog waste removal services from The Dawg-Doo Crew.

  • TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 3/20/25) – The Dawg-Doo Crew is a privately owned and operated business (“us,” “we,” or “our”) that offers pet waste removal services for residential, commercial, and business properties. By agreeing to utilize our services (“Services”), you accept the following terms of service (“Terms”). Your acceptance of the Services we provide binds you to these Terms. Customers acknowledge that our ability to deliver the Services may be influenced by various factors, including weather conditions, the height of the grass, access to your yard (which is your responsibility), and other unforeseen external factors.
  • DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE – The Dawg-Doo Crew provides pet waste removal services for both residential and commercial properties. Our offerings include One Time Pick Up, Once Weekly Pick Up, Twice Weekly Pick Up, Bimonthly Pick Up, and Yard Deodorizer. Pricing is determined based on the number of dawgs and an area size of 1/3 of an acre, with additional charges applicable for larger areas.
  • ACCESSING YOUR YARD – The Customer acknowledges that if The Dawg-Doo Crew is unable to access the area needing cleaning due to locked, blocked, or frozen gates, or if there are dawgs in the yard, the cleaning will be skipped and charges will still apply. To prevent issues with locked gates, we recommend that customers add gate combinations or provide lock keys to their file. If the customer requests a return visit, a $5 driving fee will be added to their bill.
  • WEATHER – The Dawg-Doo Crew will continue to operate in rain and cold conditions as long as it is safe to do so. The customer understands that we cannot perform services during severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or significant snow accumulation. The Dawg-Doo Crew operates on a MONTHLY subscription basis and does not provide refunds for missed weeks due to weather conditions. In such cases, we will skip that week’s service and resume the following week. No refund will be issued, as we still need to manage the waste that would have been collected during the previous week. If you require cleaning before your next scheduled service, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it. Additionally, to avoid damaging your yard, we may skip service if conditions are particularly muddy, and wait until your next scheduled visit when the are has dried out.
  • HOLIDAYS – The Dawg-Doo Crew does not offer services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled pick up falls on one of these holidays, we will skip service for that week and resume pick up the following week. Please note that there are no refunds for missed pick ups, as we still have to perform the work and collect all the waste from the previous week.
  • BILLING – The Dawg-Doo Crew bills monthly for our services, with your account charged on the 1st of each month. If your card is declined, we will suspend service immediately until the issue is resolved. If more than 30 days have lapsed since your last clean up, a One Time Pick Up fee will apply. We only pause service for a maximum of 30 days. If service does not resume after this period, you will be removed from our schedule. One Time Pick Up will be billed after the service has been completed, and payment is due within 24 hours. Should payment be more than 30 days overdue, The Dawg-Doo Crew will refer your account to collections.
  • LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS – We will always strive to clean your yard to the best of our ability. We recognize that maintaining your yard can be challenging, and it may not always be in optimal condition. The customer understands that it can be quite difficult to locate dog waste in tall grass or a yard filled with leaves and other debris. If the grass is tall during our visit, there may be some instances of dawg waste that are overlooked. We will return on our next scheduled visit and will address anything that was missed, provided yard maintenance has been completed. If you notice an excessive amount of waste that we did not collect, please inform us as soon as possible at TheDawgDooCrew@gmail.com.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES – The following items incur additional charges: – Cleaning and sanitizing dawg waste from decks, patios, or sidewalks: $5 per visit – Request for a return visit: $5 per occurrence – Cleaning of rock or pebbled areas: $3 per visit – If you have to make us wait, to perform your cleaning: $5 per visit
  • PRIVACY POLICY – We may gather personal information from you on our Sites or through any digital or in-person communication. The information we collect is provided voluntarily by you and may include details such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our Sites may also collect general information related to the services you are requesting, such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information regarding your pet’s behavior. We collect this information to deliver our services effectively. Personal information about our users is used for various purposes related to our business, and your information is strictly for use of The Dawg-Doo Crew. We will never sell your information or share it with third parties. We may share user information with third-party service providers or vendors for various purposes, including but not limited to, processing your payment, sending information to you, data tracking, and maintenance or development of our System. Additionally, we may disclose your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or protect our legal rights, defend against legal claims, or as otherwise mandated by law.
  • REVISIONS – The Dawg-Doo Crew offers the Services outlined above to you in accordance with the Terms, which may be updated periodically without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect once we post the revised Terms on our website. We encourage you to visit our Sites regularly to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our Services will signify your acceptance of any modifications to the Terms. Additionally, some provisions within these Terms of Use may be overridden by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
  • SHUT DOWN – We reserve the right to suspend operations between Christmas and New Year’s Day. You will be billed at your standard Monthly rate unless you thoroughly clean your yard during our shutdown period.
  • ADDITIONAL FEES – A late payment fee of $10 will be added to each bill that is overdue. Payments are due on the 1st of each month, and a bill is considered late starting on the 3rd of the month.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from the loss of profits, data, or other information; business interruptions; personal injury; or loss of privacy), arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or in connection with any provision of these Terms. This applies even if the Company or any supplier has been informed about the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy fails to achieve its essential purpose.
